 Hereby, as a Pakistani Muslim, I feel my utmost duty to reply all those who always utter that two nation theory and energence of Pakistan was merely an outcome of the divide and rule policy of the British rulers.

      I dont know that why such persons deliberatly or unintentionally forget,  rather neglect 5️⃣ basic issues:

1️⃣ The Holy Quran determines for muslims, what is right, what is wrong and what is to be done or not to be done. Muslims are bound to act upon all the comands and to avoid all the prohibitions laid down by The Holy Quran. There is no concept of a muslim without Holy Quran.

Quran clearly depicts that "shirk" (polytheism) is the greatest sin that can never be forgiven at all. The children are ordered to disobey their parents if they persuade them towards "shirk" (polytheism). A muslim male is allowed to marry a Jewish or Christian female, but he is strictly forbidden to marry a "mushrika" (follower of polytheism) and a muslim woman is forbidden to marry a "mushrik" (follower of polytheism). When such a couple can not live in a home together, how is it possible for two different nations to live in one country.

      Moreover, Quran determines our way of living from head to toe, from home to state, from an individual to the whole society. Muslims are bound to act upon Quranic teachings related  even to economics and politics. Muslims are ordered to implement these laws in their polity. No muslim can accept anything that is contrary to Quran. Quran cleary says that those who do not govern according to the revelations by God, they are Kafir (disbelievers), Zaim (sinful and tyrans) and Fasiq (disobedient).

Hence, for muslims to live as muslims a Quranic state is mandatory. 

2️⃣ The founder of Pakistan ie Quaid e Azam  Muhammad Ali Jinnah says that Pakistan had came into being from that day when first muslim had landed on this subcontinent and the first Hindu had accepted Islam. In many of his speeches he depicts that Islam is not merely a religion in western or hindu concept of a religion, rather Islam is a thorough political, economic and social system having a complete code of conduct to be implemented in a state. Whereas the polytheism and two nation theory is concerned these ironical remarks of Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah would suffice to illustrate:

" We (muslims) eat (cow), what they worship".

He was asked that once you were an ambassedor of hindu-muslim unity, he said that yes once he was also a primary school student. 

3️⃣ It was December 1930, when Allama Iqbal presented his famous Allaabad presidential address and 17 years before the emergence of Pakistan, he proposed the idea of a separate homeland to implement Islamic  principles.

 After studying Quran in depths Allama Iqbal had reached the following conclusions:

1- Muslims are a separate nation in each and every regard. Their internal bonds are far above their racial origins.

2- Geographical and racial kind of nationalism is quite a curse. He says that muslims should burry the idol of such a nationalism.

3-The constitution of a muslim is only the Holy Quran. Muslims can not accept any other law.

👉 Let the critics of separatism ponder over that in 1930, what Iqbal was proposing was not due to british influence.

4️⃣ Long before Iqbal, SirSyed Ahmad Khan had laid down the foundations of two nation theory and led a separate way for muslims. In the annual meeting of his Muhammaden Educational conference, Muslim league was founded in December 1906.

5️⃣ Why the critics of 2 nation theory and separation forget to mention this man from Cambridge ie Chaudhary Rahmat Ali, who not only coined the name of Pakistan but also started Pakistan National movement in 1932, after having a long discussion with Allama Iqbal at round table conference in London.

👉These are our foundations and founders. We dont need any cement from British divide & rule conceptual factory to strenghten our foundations.
