    The Matter Of Transgender

  Most of the people, due to their ignorance of proper scientific knowledge and the knowledge of Holy Quran, knew nothing about the so called "transgender" or a "third gender",same as the so called "shemale" community is quite ignorant about their own genotype, just for gaining sympathies of a majority of ignorant people and likewise deceiving their governments to have special seats in every institution.
  There is no third generation at all, according to The Holy Quran, the last book from God. God has created only men & women from a  "nafs-e-wahida" (single unit or cell) and no third generation at all. The so called 3rd generation actually belongs to either a male or a female gender but the gender remains undetermined.
       Even according to the science , the analysis of genetic material, chromosomes, polar bodies, mitochondrial DNA etc and especially through karyotyping the actual gender can be easily determined and the overt parts of the body can be changed and modified surgically and through hormonal therapy in accordance with actual genotype.
     This problem of a so called transgender can easily be solved in accordance with Quran & Science. The rest is a kind of amusement for the ignorant people of east & west.
      According to The Holy Quran, there can either be only a male gender or a female gender, hence the concept of a 3rd gender ie so called shemale or hermaphrodite is outdated even at molecular level, where polar body, karyotyping and mitochondrial DNA etc determines the gender of a person. What was once thought to be hermaphrodite, that is actually undetermined gender. Even, if science denies that fact Quran is very clear about that and one day or the other the scientists will have to surrender to the knowledge rendered by Quran:
اَلَا يَعۡلَمُ مَنۡ خَلَقَؕ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيۡفُ الۡخَبِيۡرُ 
67:14
Doesnt He know, who has created and He has the detailed information in depth.
خَلَقَكُمۡ مِّنۡ نَّفۡسٍ وَّاحِدَةٍ وَّخَلَقَ مِنۡهَا زَوۡجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنۡهُمَا رِجَالًا كَثِيۡرًا وَّنِسَآءً‌ ۚ
4:1
He has created you from a single unit (cell or chromosome) and (then by eg binary fission or division) created its pair and from that pair (eg through multiplication) he spread abundantly, men and women (not any third gender).
When Allah says that the detailed account and decision of each & every thing is given in the Holy Quran:
تَفۡصِيۡلَ كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ  12:111
then why a third kind of gender is not mentioned there ?
We must abolish our ignorance and change our mindset in accordance with the present knowledge of science and especially according to the Holy Quran. Phenotypically a person may be a hermaphrodite but actually genotype determines the true gender.
I believe only in Quran as the final authority in each and every aspect of life and same in that regard.
